Indiana Jones vs Rick O’Connell
We open in the desert. We see a large pyramid-shaped temple. The camera pans in through the doorway, revealing several crated of demolition tnt, We pan in even further through a hallway and into a large tomb, with a sarcophagus in the center. Rick O’Connell is approaching it.
Rick: I hope Evelyn was right about this.
He opens the sarcophagus to reveal a dried up corpse holding a golden Ankh. Rick takes the Ankh from the mummy’s hand, but the mummy springs to life and swipes at Rick. He instinctively Punches it, knocking it unconscious.
Rick: hopefully with this, we can complete the ritual and seal Imhotep away for good.
Suddenly, a voice calls out
Voice: Not so fast!
Rick looks over to see Indiana Jones standing in the doorway to the tomb.
Indy: I can’t let you take that. It belongs in a museum, not with whatever you plan to do with it.
Rick: listen, pal. I NEED this Ankh for a ritual that needs to be done today. After that, you can have it in your museum.
Indy: did you really think I’d fall for that? I’ve been dealing with people like you for decades. Looking for some ancient artifact to gain infinite power or eternal life or a doorway to the past. You’re all the same. You’re not leaving with that Ankh!
Rick: That’s too bad.
Rick pulls out his pistol and begins firing at Indy, who pulls out his own to retaliate. Rick takes covor behind the sarcophagus and keeps firing as Indy moves closer, ducking behind large stone pillars.
Rick waits fir a moment, counting quietly, before Indy runs out of ammo. As Rick stands up to shoot again, Indy pulls out his whip a lashes it towards Rick.
Indy’s whip wraps around Rick’s gun and rips it out of his hand. Indy lashes the whip again and yanks the Ankh out of Rick’s pocket. Indy catches the Ankh and holds it up
Indy: Got It.
Indy tries to run but Rick leaps over the Sarcophagus and grabs indy by the shoulder. He punches indy in the face. The two trade several punches and kicks, but Rick gets the upper hand and kicks indy back.
Indy slams back against a pillar. Rick steps up onto the sarcophagus and leaps forward, attempting a leaping punch. Indy ducks out of the way, causing Rick’s punch to connect with the pillar. Rick reels back for a moment, grasping his wrist in pain.
Rick: I really should have seen that coming.
Indy grabs Rick by the shoulders and throws him over the Sarcophagus and starts beating down on him. Rick reaches down into the sarcophagus and finds a jar with an animal head lid. He spins around and smashes it against Indy’s head. In the confusion, Rick grabs the Ankh and steps back, triumphant. Then the tile beneath Rick clicks and there’s a loud moving sound coming from inside the walls of the Tomb.
Indy: Great Job, jackals.
The Room starts falling apart with chunks of the ceiling falling in. Rick kicks indy back into the sarcophagus and takes off running down the hallway, passing the TNT.
As indy sits up from the sarcophagus, he sees lava pouring in from cracks in the wall. He looks closer when he sees the lava inching closer to the TNT. Then he gets an idea.
Rick is just barely able to make it out of the pyramid before it explodes.
As Rick runs from the exploding Pyramid, something comes tumbling through the air, propelled by the explosion. The Sarcophagus. It flies ahead of Rick and lands in front of him, skidding to a halt in the sand. The lid pops up and Indy steps out, cracking his whip.
Indy lashes towards Rick and snatches the Ankh with the whip again. Indy catches it.
Indy: To the Ankh let’s get you out of he-
He’s cut off by Rick punching him in the face.
Rick: You’re NOT taking the Ankh! It’s too important.
Indy wipes his lip, it’s bloody. He readies his fists
Indy: alright then, take it back.
The begin fist fighting again, this time with Indy in the advantage. He forced Rick down onto his knee, but Rick grabs a handful of sand and throws it into Indy’s face, blinding him
Indy trips and falls backward as Rick sees something in the sand. His pistol. He grabs it and immediately shoots Indy two times in the chest.
Rick: sorry, you left me no choice.
Rick walks over to Indy’s wheezing bleeding body and takes the Ankh, walking away as the sun begins setting. But there’s a noise, a loud CRACK. Indy’s whip is suddenly wrapped around Rick’s throat. Rick briefly struggles with the whip, turning to see Indy is up on his knees. With one more yank on the whip, Rick’s neck snaps, and he falls to the ground.
Indy takes the Ankh back, and walks off into the sunset.
The End
