Lucifer vs Hades

We open in the Greek underworld. Hades is sitting on his throne, when the doors to his throne room burst open. A man comes flying in on 2 black feathered wings. It is Lucifer. Hades looks up to the intruder

Hades: the living are not allowed in the Underworld. Come back when you’re dead.

Lucifer: I believe that is my throne. Vacate it at once.

Hades grits his teeth

Hades: as I said, the living are not allowed here. Leave my home at once.

an evil grin spreads across Lucifer’s mouth

Lucifer: alright, I’ll leave.

He Turns to go, but then turns back, holding something in his hand

Lucifer: I almost forgot. I took care of that three headed mutt that was lying in front of your door. No need to thank me.

He tosses what is revealed to be a charred dog skull at Hades’ feet. Hades’ eyes go wide with horror. Lucifer turns to leave

Lucifer: I’ll be back tomorrow. Have your possessions cleaned out or you will share the bitch’s fate.

the doors suddenly slam in front of Lucifer. He turns to see Hades summoning his Bident.

Hades: I will fertilize my wife’s garden with your corpse!

Hades flies towards Lucifer with a powerful stab, but Lucifer summons his pitchfork with a burst of Hellfire. The two weapons clash

Lucifer: you dare attack the Prince of Darkness? I will make you grovel at my feet!

Lucifer unleashes a torrent of Hellfire, blasting Hades back. Lucifer then forms chains out of the Hellfire and wraps one around Hades’ throat

Lucifer: Heel, boy.

Lucifer let’s out a condescending laugh. Hades grabs the chain and breaks through it. He then charges his Bident with Divine energy and dashes forward, stabbing into Lucifer and sending both of them crashing through the doors

the two burst through the gates to Hades’ palace and fly over the underworld, still in battle. Both are trading several slashing and stabs. Eventually, Lucifer is able to stab into Hades’ shoulder, and hurls him downward, towards the River Styx. Hades lands on Charon’s ferry, knocking the boatman into the water. Lucifer hovers over the River, laughing to himself

Lucifer: have you had enough yet? Or shall I continue your torment?

Hades: I was eaten alive when I was an infant. I took part in overthrowing the Titans. It will take more than an Arrogant prince to overwhelm the King of the Dead!

Hades raises his hands and summons a legion of Harpies.

Hades: You will find yourself lacking compared to the might of my domain.

Lucifer simply smiles, raises his hand, and snaps. Suddenly, all the shadows in the nearby area come to life, and rise behind Lucifer.

Lucifer: the Lord of Shadows is NEVER lacking.

the two armies converge upon each other, tearing each other to shreds. Lucifer flies down and lands on the boat next to Hades. They begin trading blows once again, with Hades having a slight advantage. Eventually, Hades is able to grapple Lucifer, and begins choking him

Hades: before I kill you, I must know why? Why did you choose to intrude upon my home? Why did you kill my beloved Cerberus?

Lucifer: Why? Because I was bored. And I can do whatever I want.

Lucifer produces an incredible blast of Hellfire that completely destroying the boat in the process. Hades is flung back up into the air, and begins flying again.

Hades: that may be true wherever it is you come from, but not here. Here, I. AM. KING!

Hades soars down and tackles Lucifer into the waters of the River Styx. The two briefly scuffle in the water, but Lucifer headbutt Hades and swims up to the surface, flying up out of the water. He tries to fly away, but a massive hand made of water grabs him. It Hades, manipulating Styx.

Lucifer: Where I’m from? Well, how about I show you?

Suddenly, the shadow demon take hold of Hades, setting Lucifer free. Lucifer opens up a hellish portal behind Hades, and tosses him through, following closely behind

the two arrive in Hell, and Lucifer grabs Hades by the head and starts dragging him across the spikey cave floor. He the spins around and throws Hades into the air

Lucifer: this is my domain. My home. Quite lovely, isn’t it?

Hades catches himself and stares down Lucifer

Hades: do you ever stop talking?

Hades flies forward to attack Lucifer, but the shadow demon tackle him to the floor and begin tearing into his flesh

Lucifer: maybe this will teach you not to talk back to your superiors.

Hades gathers up godly energy and erupts in a massive explosion of green light. Hades slowly rises up, his golden blood dripping off

Hades: I think it’s about time I put your smug ass in it’s place

Lucifer: and where would that be?

Hades: ON YOUR KNEES!

Hades dashes forward and gives Lucifer a punch to the temple, disoriented the Prince of Darkness. Hades then quickly circles around and grabs Lucifer’s wings. He plants one foot in the middle of Lucifer’s back, and violently rips off his wings. Lucifer plummets to the floor, blood oozing out of his wounds

Lucifer: WHAT? HOW DARE YOU WOUND THE-

Hades: How dare I? HOW DARE I? HOW DARE YOU COME INTO MY HOME, KILL MY DOG, AND DEMAND MY THRONE? If anything, I’m going easy on you.

Hades begins to approach the wounded Angel.

Lucifer: wait! Maybe we can come to an understanding? A compromise?

Lucifer waves his hands and conjures several images of gold, beautiful women, palaces, etc

Lucifer: I can give you anything! Money! Women! Power! The World! Anything you want if you let me live!

Hades steps through the illusions, and grabs Lucifer’s throat

Hades: I want your head.

Lucifer’s appearance quickly shifts into a demonic, monstrous form with horns and scales. He begins firing a massive wave of Hellfire out of his mouth, blasting Hades back.

Lucifer (Demon form): I AM ETERNAL! I AM THE ACCUSER, THE ADVERSARY! I PLACED SIN INTO THE HEARTS OF MEN! I WILL NOT BE SLAIN BY A PAGAN GRAVEKEEPER!

Hades pushes against the fire, eventually grabbing Lucifer by the throat again. Hades summons his Bident and jams it into Lucifer’s mouth, and uses it to wrench the top half of Lucifers head off. The fire stops. Hades holds the severed top of Lucifer’s head

Hades: now, look at what your Arrogance has won you, an eternity of torment.

Hades collects Lucifer’s soul, grabs the corpse, and heads back to the underworld.
